Starwink Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is the developer and publisher of Jubble Pix (the “Game”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user data. 2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Jubble Pix is designed for a general audience, including children. We take special care to comply with COPPA and applicable child-data regulations:

  • Age Screening: Upon first launch, users are required to provide their age.

  • Data Minimization: For users identified as children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent), we do not collect personal information or use persistent identifiers for behavioral advertising.

    This information is used solely to improve stability, gameplay balance, and performance.

In-App Purchases
We do not collect or process payment or financial information. All purchases are handled securely by the Google Play Store. We receive only purchase confirmation to unlock content.

Support Communications
If you contact us via email, we will store your email address and message content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. This information is not used for marketing.

 

4. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services that may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services – Achievements and leaderboards

  • Analytics Services (e.g., Unity Analytics / Firebase) – Used to monitor crashes and gameplay difficulty

    • For child users, analytics are restricted to internal operations only

  • Advertising

    • We use Google AdMob

    • For child users, ads are contextual only and are not personalized

 

5. In-App Purchases (IAP) – Parental Guidance

We recommend parents:

  • Enable Google Play password protection

  • Use Google Family Link to manage or approve purchases

 

6. Data Retention

We retain collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to comply with legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
